13.03. Inventory in the customer service
Inventory service/customer service:
From Friday, March 17, 2023 until probably Friday, March 24, 2023, the inventory will be carried out in our service/customer service.
During this time, the technical hotline is not staffed. Spare parts are not sent to specialist dealers or private customers. Inquiries about spare parts etc. via our contact form cannot be processed during this period. After the inventory, probably from Monday, March 27, 2023, our service/customer service will be at your disposal again.
Repairs/Warranties Service/Customer Service:
Due to long-term illness-related staff absences in our customer service and the seasonal high volume of returns, it is currently no longer possible for us to carry out repairs and warranties that have been sent in promptly. We make every effort to process returns as quickly as possible, but normal operations will not be possible again until the middle of the year. The supply of spare parts is guaranteed at the moment.
Due to the given occasion, we would like to point out once again that a short description of the fault must always accompany the returned and defective goods! If returned items are sent to us without a description of the error, this unnecessarily delays our workflow. We reserve the right to send these returns back unrepaired in the future and to charge for the shipping costs.
