02.03. Inventory in the customer service

Inventory Service/Customer Service:

From Friday, 6 March 2026 to Friday, 13 March 2026, our service/customer service department will be conducting an inventory.

During this time, the technical hotline will not be staffed. No spare parts will be shipped to specialist dealers or private customers. Enquiries about spare parts, etc. via our contact form cannot be processed during this period. Once the inventory has been completed, expected from Monday, 16 March 2026, our service/customer service department will be available to you again.
